History code B1441 air mix damper control servomotor circuit (passenger side). Following diagnostic flow chart, used scan tool to monitor values of air mix servo D. Normal condition Max Cold 257 Max Hot 173. Scan tool displayed Max Cold at 153 and Max Hot at 54 and is not in spec. Needs No. 1 air conditoning radiator damper servo sub-assembly (air mix) replaced. Used bore scope to inspect temperature blend door actuator and gears are meshed like they should be.
