- Pulled codes p0217 p0625 p065b p1285 and p1299.. generator codes and over heating om head senor. Found drive belt was in pieces and all pulleys looked good.. did a pressure test and found lower coolant hose on the heater core was leaking bad.. leaking from t fitting.. recommend replacing alt belt and replacing lower heater core hose.. need to recheck after those repairs are made to check for other leaks and issues.. use a gal coolant.
- Installed drive belt and turned truck on.. didn't fine anything wrong on any pulleys.
- Replaced all heater core hoses pressure tested again and found another leak on the top radiator hose fitting to thermostat housing.. remove and replaced o ring.. pressure test again and found no other leak.. help pressure.. use 2 gal of coolant cleared codes test drive no codes returned
