Road test, lack of power. Turbo does boost some. Downstream o2 goes rich on high load. At cruise Downstream o2 switches like upstream. All indicating plugged catalyst. Remove upstream o2 and Road test again. Has more power verifying plugged catalyst. Recommend replacing catalyst.
