- Car had no power steering when i brought it into the shop. Had pressure and return lines installed previously at home, so all the fluid underneath was residual from the repairs. Turned the steering wheel to the side and revved the accelerator and the power steering assist came back. Something must have been blocking the flow and revving it unclogged it. Right now the steering is operational but if it stops working again the pump will need to be replaced.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection.
